Accelerated, Expedited, Speedy or Swift
Earlier this week, I ordered a living room rug through Overstock.com. The order is complete, and although I didn’t ask for express shipping, they shipped it by Fed Ex. What I find odd is that my delivery date is estimated to be next Tuesday. If it takes a week to get to me, that’s not very, well, express, is it? I don’t get it. Maybe it’s just me.

Fed Ex, with their mass infrastructure, can offer reasonable rates for shipping large items. It doesn't always mean speedy delivery. That's what overstock probably did.
Well, I guess that is logical. I was just hoping my rug would arrive this weekend, and alas, it hasn't.
